We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ali and Zeinab at the reception, were friendly and helpful. They could speak English and Farsi, made communication easy for us. The hotel is located in a convenient area, just a 3-minute walk to Osmanbey Metro station and close to Cevahir mall. It's also just one station away from Taksim, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Istanbul. the location of the hotel was great, situated in a relatively quiet street compared to the bustling main street. This made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the rooms at the hotel were well-appointed and equipped with excellent facilities, providing utmost comfort. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to others.

Located near Osmanbey metro station, this hotel offers easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing enough space for families with toddlers. The staff is friendly and cooperative, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and filled with shops and cafes, making it convenient for guests.
It would be nice to have a desk and chair in the room for guests to comfortably use their laptops for work or other tasks.

The staff, particularly Ali and Zeinab at the reception, were pretty good too make our stay comfortable. They were friendly, helpful, and could communicate in English and Farsi, a big plus for my parents. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I also appreciated the variety of stores and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.
The only minor drawbacks were the lack of breakfast service and the noise from the main street for light sleepers. these did not significantly affect the overall positive experience at Istanroom By Keo.
